How does the contact form work?

For your contact form to be displayed on your Hubside site, remember to enter the destination email address.

As you’ve probably noticed, when a web or mobile user visits your Hubside site and sends a contact request, it will launch their e-mail application (e.g., open Outlook).

This is normal behaviour, and allows us to send you a pre-filled email directly to the address you’ve specified as the contact address.

By default, “Send” opens a “mailto”, i.e., the messaging tool installed on the computer or phone (Outlook or other) to send a message.

If you select the “no link” option, the contact form will not appear on your site.
