How can we sell personalized products?

Very simply, either directly at the order or by an exchange with your customer.

Simple customization: if you offer to personalize your product by adding a text (adding a first name on a bowl, or a birthday on a cake), the customer will simply add the details of the order when placing the order. Just tell him in the description of your product what are the choices or types of customizations possible.


Advanced personalization: In the case of further personalization, it is best to indicate on your offer the customizations that are proposed, and to propose via the contact form a direct exchange to understand the wishes of your customer.
