All users who have subscribed to a paid plan from Hubside iOS mobile application have the possibility to unsubscribe at any time in a few click from their iPhone.
Any unsubscribtion automatically results in the swith from a paid plan to our free ATTRACTIV’ plan at the end of the billing cycle during which the unsubscription takes place.
Example: If your EXCLUSIV’ subscription is renewed on the 20th of each month and you cancel this subscription on October 10th then you will continue to benefit from the EXCLUSIV’ formula until October 20th and then your subscription will automatically switch to ATTRACTIV’.
Warning: If you have subscribed to a paid plan on http://www.hubside.com, in store or on the Hubside Android mobile application, you will not be able to unsubscribe from an-iPhone. If necessary, contact our customer service by phone at 04 75 24 24 60 (free service + price of a call).
How does it work?
If you subscribed from the Hubside iOS mobile app and want to unsubscribe, follow these steps:
- On the Settings page, click your Apple ID at the top of the page, and then click Subscriptions. On the Subscriptions page, find and click your Hubside subscription in the list of your current subscriptions.
- Once on the Edit Subscription page, click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm unsubscribing.
Attention: The unsubscription will be taken into account at the end of the current billing cycle and you will continue to benefit from your old plan until that date.
