What to do when the limit of devices connected to my Hubside Drive has been reached?

Hubside Drive allows simultaneous connection of up to 4 devices (smartphone, tablet…). Beyond that, any new device attempting to connect will be denied access.

However, you may need to deactivate a device, for example following the purchase of a new smartphone.

Open your Hubside Drive, click on the Settings button and then go to the Security section.

You’ll then find a list of all the devices connected to your Drive, and to remove any of them, simply click on the “Unlink” option.

This will give you room to connect a new device and enjoy the shared elements.
