How to delete cookies in my browser

Delete cookies in Chrome (Mac OS and Windows):

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the browser, click on the 3 small dots or dashes.
  3. Click on More tools, then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top of the page, select a period. To delete everything, select All periods.
  5. Check the boxes opposite “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  6. Click on Clear data.

Delete cookies in Microsoft Edge (Windows):

  1. In Microsoft Edge, go to More Settings.
  2. Under Delete browsing data, select Choose items to delete.
  3. Check the cookies box, then select Delete.

Delete cookies on Firefox (Windows and Mac OS):

  1. Click on the menu button and select Library.
  2. Click on History, then click on Clear Recent History…
  3. Set Interval to clear to all.
  4. Click on the arrow next to Details to display the list of history items.
  5. Select Cookies and make sure that other items you wish to keep are not selected.
  6. Click on the Clear Now button to clear the cookies and close the “Clear Recent History” window.
