I forgot my password… How can I reset it?

Creating a new password.

Step 1.

Go to www.hubside.com

Then, at the top of the page, click on “Login”.

Step 2.

The login page appears, then click on “Forgot your password?

Step 3.

Enter the email address you used when registering with Hubside, then click on “Continue”.

We’ve just sent you an e-mail asking you to enter a new password. You can now check your mailbox.

 

Step 4.

Once in your mailbox,

Click on the Hubside password reset email.

Click on the “reset my password” button.

If the link doesn’t work, you can click on the link below.

Step 5.

Last step, enter your new password in the field provided.

Then click on confirm.

You can now log in to Hubside.
